Course Brief
The Deswik Open Pit Design and Strategic Planning Training is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the open pit mine planning process, from initial design through to advanced strategic optimization.
This training integrates the use of Deswik.CAD for mine design and Deswik.GO for strategic mine planning, enabling participants to understand the critical link between spatial design and time-based scheduling within real operational contexts.
Through an industry-driven approach and realistic case studies, participants will develop the ability to evaluate multiple mine development scenarios, optimize extraction sequences, and maximize project value using data-driven methodologies.
TRAINING OBJECTIVES
